The whole place had such a peaceful, charming, magical feel, and every staff member was genuinely welcoming. The lovely lady who served breakfast each morning was especially kind. Our room was cleaned every day, which was a really nice touch. Francesco was incredibly thoughtful. We didn’t have a car, so he even offered to drive us to nearby places we wanted to visit. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back someday!

The beds could have been more comfortable, especially for my bad back, though I know the hotel is making improvements and hopefully that’ll come with time. Still, we loved our stay and it’s definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area. This was a farmhouse from the 1700s, now renovated, and it was cool to still see so much of its history. Rosamaria and Giovanni were lovely and made our stay really enjoyable. On check-in night the hotel held a free wine tasting, where we got to chat with the owner and share stories. The well-known restaurant was closed during our visit, but they brought in a local chef to make traditional Porchetta and salad. It was delicious, and a fun experience to eat by the pool. Rosemaria said they add interesting experiences like this every so often, which is a nice touch.

Check-in was super smooth, and the room was amazing, with working Aircon and perfect comfort. We only had one night and came back late from Assisi, so we missed dinner and can’t comment on it. We only have one night, and I’ll update tomorrow after breakfast. I wish we’d had more time to enjoy the amazing views, pool, and perfectly manicured garden. I’d love to spend a week here next year just relaxing.

The staff were great, and we had a very nice apartment. It’s close by car to Assisi and other tourist attractions. The kids, aged 4 and 6, loved the pool, which was kid-friendly.
