Absolutely top!

The apartments are noisy enough that we could hear everything the neighbors were doing, and the beds were so hard we barely slept. Even after the manager helped with the clogged shower drain, water rose to our ankles within minutes. The setting is lovely, with a great pool and cushioned loungers, and it’s well placed for visiting nearby towns and villages. Great location, disappointing apartments.

Théophile was welcoming and helpful, and gave us great ideas for exploring nearby. The service was impeccable. We especially loved the huge, spotless pool, and the apartments were spacious. The property is gated, too. It’s tucked away from the crowds, which made it a lovely place to recharge. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for peace and an authentic feel.

Theo was a great host and made sure we had what we needed. The air conditioning worked really well, so the heat indoors wasn’t much of an issue. We had a spacious apartment in a lovely complex overlooking vineyards, with beautiful sunrises and sunsets each day while there with our 8-month-old baby. It’s a handy base for visiting Peschiera, Verona, and Brescia. Comfort was the weak point: the beds and pillows were rock hard, and everything creaked, from the chairs and beds to the stairs upstairs. If comfort matters most, you may want to skip it. Otherwise, it’s a wonderful place to stay.
