Appartamento San Benedetto

We left a day earlier than planned because we no longer felt safe staying there. While we were out, the owner entered the apartment without telling us or getting our permission. Later, we were blamed for damage to the blinds, though the whole situation seemed very questionable. Booking.com tried to resolve it, but the owner rejected its proposed solution and then sent threatening, unpleasant WhatsApp messages. When we sorted reviews from lowest rating upward, we saw that other guests had previously mentioned the owner entering without their knowledge, so this doesn't seem to be an isolated incident. The host is very unpleasant. The apartment itself is clean, but it seems everything is maintained as cheaply as possible. The blinds are old, the internet barely works, and the furniture is heavily worn.
