B&B Desenzano Paradise

The outdoor spa bath was fantastic, and the bed was super comfortable. We woke up to a delicious breakfast after such a lovely evening. The hosts made us feel incredibly welcome. Thanks so much for your hospitality, we had a wonderful stay. 10/10, highly recommend!

We found the hosts polite and helpful whenever we had questions, and the breakfast was fantastic. Our family stayed one night while traveling through Europe. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious, with free Wi-Fi, AC, a mini fridge, safe, and TV. I found only one or two English-language channels, but who wants to watch TV when you're in Italy beside Lake Garda? The lake is within walking distance, as are plenty of restaurants and, especially, gelato shops. So beautiful! You could rent a boat and spend an afternoon on the lake. The water is crystal clear and warm enough for swimming. This is a fantastic little B&B, and we'd recommend staying here.

The garden is beautiful and so well kept, and on a sunny day you can even have breakfast outside in November. Breakfast was generous, and the bikes are free to use. The staff were welcoming, and the place was really clean and had everything we needed.

The room itself was good, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the AC was great and easy to use. The location was also convenient, not too far from the lake, restaurants, and bars. The owners kept telling us we'd been slamming doors, about three times in person and once on WhatsApp at 2 am. One of them brought it up again at breakfast and blamed us for the noise at night, even though we hadn't done it. They seemed more concerned with the doors than with customer service. You also can't use the in-room jacuzzi after 11 pm. If you're looking for a view of a potato field along with poor service and accusatory behavior from the owners, this is the place. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it. After the reply: The response says it all, repeating the door-banging accusation about seven times. You say we're "young," but we're in our 30s, so I don't understand that comment. I tried to leave an honest, straightforward review, and you still keep blaming us. Maybe you just can't handle the truth. I could have said everything was bad, but that would've been immature and untrue. Here's an idea: you had cameras everywhere, so check them and see who was making all that noise with the doors. It wasn't us. Then come back and apologize, like adults, instead of defending yourselves to everyone. I understand you're trying to run a business and don't want negative reviews, but try Googling customer service.
