The garden, pool, and sea view made for a lovely stay. Breakfast was generous, with fresh fruit, homemade cakes, and gluten-free choices. Stefania was extremely friendly and helpful.

The restaurant wasn’t open for dinner. The hotel said it had been closed since September 30, after the summer season. The hotel itself was nice, with a large terrace beside Lake Garda, a comfortable room, and a breakfast buffet with plenty to eat.

Manuel at the bar was a real highlight. He was so friendly and keen to make us the perfect drink each evening. We stayed six nights while touring the region by bike, and the included breakfast had plenty to choose from, so we never left hungry. The rooms are a little dated, and the hotel has seen better days, but the air conditioning was perfect. The lake views are spectacular, and the service is excellent.

The lake view was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel and rooms are a little dated, but everything was very clean. I’d stay here again.

I had a very disappointing stay. The services available were extremely limited, and the staff came across as unprofessional and unwilling to help. When I arrived, I asked for a refund because of the poor conditions, but they refused. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, and I’d suggest looking at other accommodations.
