Breakfast was a pleasure each morning, thanks to the attentive, hospitable staff. The hotel is right in the city center by the lake, a great base for exploring the area. We stayed in a beautiful historic building full of charm, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained from start to finish. Highly recommended. I’d definitely return.

We really enjoyed staying here with our family. The boat ticket office is just across from the hotel, and the room, location, and breakfast were all fantastic. The service was excellent, and the staff were lovely. As a happy surprise at the end, they drove us to the train station for free. Best hotel we came across on this trip.

We celebrated our honeymoon here with a wonderful three-night stay. Our junior suite looked out over the water and was absolutely beautiful. The adjoining café served fantastic food and drinks, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout. We’ll definitely come back and would gladly recommend it.

Our room faced the back of the hotel, so it was completely quiet. The location is very central, right by the ferry port, and the train station is about a 15-minute walk away. They also offer a free shuttle there. We loved the spotless spa, friendly and helpful staff, efficient air conditioning, and in-room fridges. Breakfast was lovely, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice.

We spent four hours at the cafe on the busiest day of the year, in temperatures of 38 degrees Celsius. Even with all the challenges, the staff kept things running smoothly and gave excellent service. Thanks so much for a wonderful day watching the most beautiful race in the world from your cafe.
