Breakfast was included and delicious, which was a relief since I'm gluten and dairy free. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and our room was spot on. We had a great stay in a perfect location. I'd recommend it for a memorable holiday in Desenzano 😊

The best part was the location right in the city centre, close to everything, and it was cheap at that time of year. We were happy with our stay overall. There are free parking spaces about a 10-minute walk away, which we found easily on Google Maps. Our room looked like the pictures, with nice decor, though it was small. The bathroom was cramped too, and sitting on the toilet put the shower right in front of you. There was no soap, which felt inconvenient regarding Covid 19. The window faced a narrow alley beside a bar, so it was loud even early in the morning, though shutting the windows blocked the noise. The air conditioning didn't cool the room as much as we'd set it to. At check-in time we couldn't reach anyone at first. After a wait, we got the owner on the phone and he arrived within a few minutes.

We stayed one night on our way to Christo's Floating Piers. The hotel is right in the centre of beautiful Desenzano, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and caring. The rooms have basic furnishings but were clean and fairly spacious. Breakfast is served in the ground-floor bar. Don't expect a continental spread, since Italians usually have cakes and cappuccino, but the staff will do their best to meet guests' requests.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very central, with the main squares an easy walk away, and the staff were fantastic. They couldn't do enough for us. I'd definitely recommend it.
