Top-notch.

A lovely residence with a sweeping view. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with the essentials, and breakfast was Italian only. The one snag was unclear information about pool access on September 15, 2025. It was the season's last day, and we only learned that morning that the pool was no longer available, even though this had been confirmed.

We're still staying here, and we can only leave a positive review. It's a large, well-kept, clean place with a spacious, well-run pool. You can have lunch poolside too, with some really good sandwiches. The staff are lovely and helpful. Special thanks to the reception team and Mr. Adolfo, who was helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. We felt at home. Thanks as well to the cleaning ladies who keep the place looking like a jewel. There's an arrangement with lido sabbia d'oro, just a few minutes away by car. We'll definitely be back.

The pool was the only good point, though it's new. We got almost no welcome, and the room was tiny. The bathroom had no bidet and barely enough room to move; in the shower, the door wouldn't close, so water ended up all over the bathroom. Breakfast had no savory choices, and what was offered was very poor quality. The staff didn't understand Italian. When I asked what was savory, I was told, "empty croissants and toast." I wouldn't recommend it.
