Emanuel Blu - Piano rialzato 5

We spent two weeks here, three adults and one child, in a fully equipped, clean and well-furnished apartment on the third floor. There was an elevator and a long balcony running from the living room to the bedroom. The air conditioning was very useful in the heat. Nearby there's a lovely children's park, and it's a short distance to the fine sandy beach and town center. We enjoyed evening walks along the seafront promenade, where there's also a playground for children. On-site parking was convenient. Our apartment was new, clean and well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is great, close to the center but away from the bustle, with a small, well-stocked supermarket nearby. We stayed for two weeks, four of us, and had a wonderful time. We brought our cat, and there was no extra charge for her. I almost forgot, the residence also has bicycles! Thanks again to Mr. Gianni, the owner, for being so kind and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

I had a lovely short break at Residence Emanuel from September 3, 2016, to September 11, 2016. It's in a quiet area close to the train station, though thankfully there isn't much traffic at night. The apartment was spacious, clean and cozy, with a fully equipped kitchenette. A playground, supermarket, beach and pedestrian-only town center are all just steps away. The owners are very kind, and Mr. Gianni is especially helpful. I'd recommend it to everyone, particularly families with children like mine.

This is our second year here, and Gianni has been incredibly kind and efficient again. When we had a bathroom problem, it was fixed within an hour. The residence is ideally placed close to everything. I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely book here again.
