The staff made the stay for us. Almerinda, the owner, is so nice, and everyone was happy to help. Silvia deserves a special mention for checking what we had planned and giving us such good advice. Casa Monelli is hard to put into words. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the pool is beautiful, and there’s a relaxing room. Breakfast was amazing, especially Almerinda’s delicious cake. We’ll definitely come back. It was better than a five-star hotel!

We loved the breakfast, which we arranged the night before so it was all fresh and ready in the morning. There was a good mix of sweet and savory options. Check-in was quick and thorough, and having parking included made arriving easy. We stayed last August, right in the middle of summer, and were pleasantly surprised. The location is great for exploring the area’s most popular and beautiful seaside spots. The pool is shared with another property, but the area was fairly quiet and relaxing, with lots of loungers, showers, and a hot tub. We’ll definitely return!

The property is well located for getting to several places quickly. I stayed for a few days and had a great time. The rooms were spotless, the staff consistently friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent, varied, and high quality. A very good experience, highly recommend it!

We enjoyed cooling off in the pool after days spent out exploring. Breakfast was generous, with a varied selection of sweet and savory Salento specialties, and the covered parking in front of the property was handy. The hosts’ hospitality and the cleanliness really stand out. It’s only 100 meters from the town center, a great base for seeing the beauty of Salento. Recommended for couples looking to relax and enjoy the surrounding area.
