Breakfast was very good, the staff were polite and helpful, and the tea at checkout was a thoughtful touch. Those positives didn't make up for the stay overall. It felt overpriced for what the hotel currently offers. We chose it based on generally positive reviews, but they didn't tell the whole story. Some rooms seem recently renovated, though most clearly aren't. Our bathroom was below average and urgently needs refurbishing. The bed was uncomfortable: its base was damaged, and the mattress was about 10 cm thick, more like foam than a proper mattress. Sleeping on it felt like being in a camper van, or worse. Sound insulation was almost nonexistent. We woke early to noise from neighboring rooms, including clearly audible bathroom sounds like flushing and running water.

The sauna and pool were excellent, and the staff were exceptionally kind. We loved the location and our comfortable room with its beautiful view. Our stay was perfect, and we've already decided to come back. 10/10, highly recommended!

Breakfast was fantastic, with a great range of local products, and the spa was clean and nice. It can be used 24 hours a day. The family-run hotel has friendly staff and clean rooms. Definitely somewhere I'd come back to.

The mountain view from our room was lovely, though the hotel is a little off the beaten path. The rooms are modern and very nice. Staff were friendly, but at times seemed a bit inexperienced. Breakfast had the basics and was average, with nothing particularly special. For dinner there were two dishes to choose from, followed by a large dessert buffet.

After traveling 920km, we arrived to find that the hotel had canceled our reservation without notifying us. The host was very rude and said it wasn't his problem, and at first wouldn't help. After some discussion, he did agree to help us look for another hotel. We later checked with booking.com and learned that our room had been sold to someone else because of overbooking, on the very day we arrived. These people shouldn't be trusted. Worthless money grabbers.
