I work in hospitality, and it seemed like even basic requests were treated as a nuisance. Despite staying in the premium Sauna Suite, I was charged for a few tampons the staff had given me, and for printing a ski pass. That felt surprisingly petty for the room category and price. I was disappointed, and would suggest looking at other hotels nearby where guests are treated with more care.

The staff were the best part of our stay. We looked forward to seeing Ewelina at breakfast and dinner. She was always smiling, helpful with our questions, and even taught us a little Polish, her native language. We had half board, with a delicious range of breakfast foods to start the day and plenty of dinner choices to suit almost any palate. The egg chef was speedy, making the fastest scrambled eggs with cheese. After 14 days travelling across Italy, this was our best accommodation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was great and close to the train station if that's how you arrive. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in the Dobbiaco area.

The food was delicious, and the staff were welcoming and very helpful throughout our hiking holiday. They did an amazing job with my wife's dietary restrictions: gluten-free, dairy-free, and no tomatoes, garlic, or onions. They still managed to make a variety of tasty meals. The train and bus stations were within walking distance, which made the location perfect for us. We'll be back and would definitely recommend it. Thank you!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were great. The food was creative and tasty, and the location was great too. There's no air conditioning, but at that altitude it shouldn't be an issue. I was comfortable there in mid-September.

The food was amazing, absolutely delicious. Andreas and Sandra are hands-on every day, carrying on this fourth-generation family-run place, and they're super friendly and helpful. We were there for hiking, and the location was great. The stay includes a local travel pass, which was invaluable, and there are free group-guided walks too. The spa area is wonderful and free, with a pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and massage. Our rooms were clean, with excellent daily room service.
