It’s a very quiet, relaxing place, and staying in the lighthouse was a special experience. The building is lovely and has been converted beautifully into a small hotel. We arrived in May and saw martins and swallows or swifts dancing around the lighthouse, which was beautiful. The views from up high are stunning. Staff were warm and helpful, and dinner on the terrace was delightful, with food and wine to match the view. It’s an expensive treat, but a fairly unique one that lived up to its promise. We only wished we could have stayed a few more nights. The last stretch of road is very rough, though the drive was fine in dry weather if you go slowly and enjoy the views.

The hotel went above and beyond when my rental car got a flat tire 25 min from the Lighthouse. They picked me up and arranged transfers for the rest of my stay, then to the airport so I could get another rental car. It’s a special, unique place with beautiful views. The rooms were clean and spacious, the food was delicious, and the service was fantastic. Everything felt peaceful and relaxing. The road wasn’t as bad as people say. Just don’t drive up in a sports car and you’ll be fine.

Quiet and tucked away, with beautiful sandy beaches nearby. The crew were happy to take us down in an electric Jeep and pick us up again. The rooms have a unique design, the service was impeccable, and dinner was excellent with good local wines. Watching the sun set was breathtaking. A truly extraordinary stay, and we’d love to come back. It was a real pleasure, and the hospitality was fantastic!

The staff were amazing, attentive and welcoming, some of the best customer service I’ve had, and I travel constantly. The place itself is special, and I’d highly recommend it if you’re after a unique, indulgent stay. The rooms are a little sparse. I’d add some color and a few more soft furnishings, though that’s just a minor point. The restaurant serves lovely local food, the local wine list is interesting in a good way, and breakfast is excellent. There’s plenty of lovely outdoor space, and the nearby beaches are gorgeous. Loved this hotel, it’s a special place in the world.

The location alone makes this place worth it. You’re in a national park, in a place that doesn’t quite feel like a hotel, perched on a cliff above a mesmerizing seascape. Add staff who are friendly, flexible, and incredibly accommodating, and it makes for one of the coolest experiences around. As a guest, everything felt flawless and easy. We loved that the food and drinks were locally sourced, and everything was delicious with lots of variety. I’d only suggest adding a few more wine options from Corsica. We’ll be back, and would love to see a little more choice next time.
