The handy thing is that a ticket from Grotta di Ispinigoli gets you into this museum for free, though a museum ticket won't work the other way around. Inside, the three small rooms offer a nice look at Sardinian history and archaeology through Roman times. The English explanations are clear and informative.

Show your cave ticket and entry is free, and the staff are friendly. It's a small museum with ancient pieces from mountain caves and objects from before and after the Romans tried to rule Sardinia. Four stars because the budget seems low.

The video presentation is great, with really good explanations, and kids should enjoy it too. The museum is quite small, so an hour is plenty. If you're visiting Nurages and care about history and culture, it's a must. Admission is included with a visit to the nuragic village.

A little museum with ancient finds from nearby areas and caves. Parking on the main street is free, and entry is free too if you've already paid to visit the surrounding caves, so keep your ticket. There's WiFi as well, though it was slow.

The girl at the desk was so kind to us and really knows her history. It was a fascinating way to learn who lived on the island and how they lived there.
