The main reason I'm writing this is that three things were undoubtedly stolen from our room. One was a camera full of holiday and birthday photos I can never get back. What kind of person steals from people on holiday? Lock everything up, sad as that is, and don't make the same mistake. The other issues were the cabarets going on until 11 and a toilet that barely flushed. The food was basic but okay, with hardly any choice.

Our little girl cried when we left, and we already want to come back as soon as possible. We had a wonderful weekend, with clean rooms, excellent food, and staff who were courteous and ready to help. The entertainers Erika, Davide, Justin, and Ambra were truly exceptional!!!!! Go visit.

The bar and restaurant staff were very positive, and the hotel itself is simple and very clean. The restaurant could use a lot of improvement, though. The most absurd part was paying 30 euros for entertainment that didn't exist. The buffet photos on the website were completely unrealistic.

Whenever the usual holiday hotel problems came up during an otherwise pleasant stay, the staff sorted them out with unmatched courtesy.

The fish was always fresh, and the food was excellent. Service was excellent too, with staff ready to help.
