I arrived back after tiring workdays feeling relaxed and pampered. In the two years I've had this job and travelled around Italy every weekend, this was the most beautiful and welcoming place I've stayed. The room was gorgeous, with lovely furniture, and the service was excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable, and at last I had two pillows that weren't paper-thin. It was so quiet and spotlessly clean, and really felt welcoming. There was a TV, a mini-fridge where I found different breakfasts each morning, cereals, pastries and delicious fresh shortbread cookies. I also had a kettle with loads of tea choices and a coffee machine with different flavors. The owner helped me with travel directions from day one, even though she didn't have to. My company found the place for my work trip, and I don't usually write reviews unless a place really impresses me. I hope I can come back. Thank you so much!

We couldn't make the trip because our child had a fever and we were waiting for a test result, so unfortunately I never got to stay or see the property. I'm sorry to leave a negative review without having seen it, but we weren't offered a refund or even the chance to reschedule. Unexpected things like this happen during Covid, and it's nobody's fault. I've always found managers helpful and willing to accommodate me before, but that wasn't the case here.

The made-to-order breakfast comes from a machine. There were pre-packaged croissants, which was a shame, though they also had fresh yogurt and jams. We stopped here to split up our holiday drive, near the A14 Castel San Pietro exit, in a quiet countryside spot very close to Imola.

It was a pleasant, clean setting, and breakfast came with very good juices and generous portions, but there was no table or chairs to enjoy it. The welcome was terrible: with the owner absent, the very unpleasant neighbor received us very badly.

Breakfast had a super-abundant choice, and the room was very clean. Everything else was ok, though there was no TV.
