I booked about 2 weeks ahead, then a work schedule change meant I had to cancel around 3 days before arrival. I emailed, asking to cancel and for at least a partial refund since I’d paid upfront. I understand a late cancellation can mean losing a night's cost, but they denied my request. On the night I was due to arrive, they emailed to ask when I'd get in. I repeated that I'd cancelled and wasn't coming. The next day an automated email asked if I'd checked in, so I replied again that I wouldn't make it. A few days later, another automated message asked me to leave a review. There was very little human response, and no refund whatever the cancellation timing. My loss, lesson learned.

Dennis is such a lovely person to rent a room from, genuinely kind and passionate about his work. We were there for one night while on a hiking trip. His amazing pizzas made a great dinner, and breakfast the next morning was lovely too.

Breakfast really was outstanding, and the staff were the kindest people. The B&B is beautiful, with a great location and a lovely garden. Rooms are perfect and very clean. Glad I found this place, and I'll definitely be back!

Whenever I'm near Arco, I stay here if I can. The owners are nice, breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are clean and modern. Such a wonderful place.

We had a great stay, and it felt well worth the price, which is among the lowest around Garda and Trentino. A good option for a layover or a short visit to enjoy the surrounding nature. Thank you for all! The setting is easy to reach by bus from Riva DG, about 15-20 minutes and under 2 euro. By bike it's around 8-9 km from Riva DG. You can spot the hotel sign easily beside the road, just seconds from the bus stop. The area is great for nature lovers. There's MTB, hiking, running, and vineyards and orchards with apples, pears, and kiwis all around. In harvest season you might be lucky enough to pick some delicious fruit while walking. The hotel has a small fruit garden too, where you can sit, relax, or eat fruit depending on the season. The rooms are basic but comfortable and very clean. Everything is lovely and welcoming, and the rooms and showers are well maintained. Breakfast was delicious, with different cereals, fruit, local honey and juices, pastries, and more.
