B&B Sentiero Romantico

We brought our dog and cat, and both were comfortable here. Sentiero Romantico is a peaceful little paradise surrounded by nature, and every detail seemed carefully looked after. Mr. Franco welcomed us so kindly that we felt at home right away. The place is clean and tidy, with a calm atmosphere that’s hard to find. We only stayed one night, but it was enough to charm us. Thanks so much, we’ll be back for sure!

The garden where breakfast was served was beautiful and lovingly cared for. Mr. Franco has also made a peaceful trail in the woods next to the property, with benches and phrases to read as you go, a nice place to enjoy on hot summer days. We arrived late after choosing the property during an unplanned trip, and the owners still kindly made a room available. Mr. Franco greeted us with cold water in the heat and offered to reserve a nearby pizzeria for dinner. Our triple room was simple but had a TV, fridge, and air conditioning. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with a large shower, and there was a small outdoor area just for our room. His kindness was a big part of why we had such a positive stay.

The photos gave a misleading impression, and they didn't even have a POS terminal. What they called a chalet felt like a shack, with a horrible smell of mold and smoke. The rooms were dirty, and the bathroom was freezing, with no heat or toiletries. The cabin and the sound of rain on the metal roof might have been romantic, but the rest made this an experience to forget. HORRIBLE B&B!!!

It was wonderfully quiet in this room, out in the middle of nowhere, and we felt right at home during a relaxing stay. The room was clean, and the property is about a five-minute drive from Eboli center. In June we picked cherries and mulberries from the trees, and Franco offered them to us straight away. He’s the owner, and such a warm, kind, polite person. This is a good option if you’re after a peaceful stay on a low budget. We’ll definitely return, and I highly recommend it.
