Hotel Cristal Eboli

A great hotel, with really nice staff. Thanks for a lovely stay 👍🏻

The reception staff were friendly and professional. My room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you’d expect from a 3⭐, so there’s not much more to ask for. Parking is a bit of a sore point. The lot doesn’t suit work vehicles, and finding a spot on the street is difficult. The affiliated restaurant serves good food, but it’s nowhere near the hotel. The on-site bar is only open for breakfast, and they don’t have things like orange juice if you want some. The discounted breakfast buffet was another weak spot, as the quality was low. The night porter also serves breakfast. Even if you’re trying to be helpful, please don’t ask for a little extra milk to fill a cup that’s only half full. These aren’t meant as criticisms, just suggestions that might help.

The room was neat and clean, and breakfast had both sweet and savory choices. Everyone was welcoming, from the receptionist to the cleaning lady. I’d happily stay again if I’m back in the area.

The room was a little dated compared with the renovated exterior, but it was clean, practical, and laid out well. The air conditioning worked, and I slept really well in a quiet room with no mosquitoes. Breakfast was an Italian buffet with sweet and savory items, juice, espresso, latte, and cappuccino. It wasn’t an international spread, but suited the price. The staff were genuinely kind, too. I’d recommend it for a stop on a longer trip, especially with the motorway nearby and a private covered garage. I booked by phone and found the receptionist friendly and straightforward. On arrival, I got the same helpful welcome, along with instructions for parking my motorcycle in the covered, video-monitored lower garage. That’s a real plus if you’re travelling on two wheels, or have a car full of luggage you’d rather leave there while heading north or south.
