4/10
The location is one of the few positives, with the property just steps from the university. When I arrived, reception was empty. My room had grease stains and was dirty, the kitchen couldn’t be used because there were no pots or pans, and there were dead pigeons on the terrace. The whole place seemed badly maintained, with almost no hygiene, and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I strongly advise against staying here.
