A superb spot to stay!

The amenities are pretty basic, though there is a washing machine, drying rack and hairdryer. Around the bed, there are lamps but no sockets by the bedside tables, so they’re just for show. The toilet paper was nearly gone from the previous guests and hadn’t been replaced, and the toilet sits under a low ceiling that’s awkward if you’re tall. There was nowhere in the shower to set down gel or other things. The pool itself is nice, with a whirlpool, tidy outdoor space and comfy loungers. But the area marked as a bathroom and changing room is really a tool shed, with a toilet and a glass door, so privacy isn’t great. Guests from another property belonging to the same owner, about 2 km away, also use the pool. That place isn’t on the maps, and like the so-called changing room, it’s not the best.

The rooms are simple but comfortable and fully equipped, and there are shared areas such as the kitchen and pool. The whole place is cleverly laid out. It’s surrounded by nature and lovely scenery, yet only five minutes from town, with places like Piazza Armerina, Aidone, Assoro, and Enna nearby. All the owners were helpful, courteous and friendly. Thanks to our friend Filippo for the great tip, and thanks to all of you.

The owner was so kind and helpful, and we had a wonderful stay. The place is lovely, with clean rooms and a beautiful, well-equipped property. There’s a kitchen, pool and laundry, plus swings and even a foosball table. Highly recommend it!
