B&b Il miglio d’oro

There wasn't even hand soap or a sponge for the dishes, and after we complained about missing bidet towels, we got no reply and no replacements. After two and a half days, she only partly changed our towels. The room was extremely dirty, from the floor and shelves up to the walls. The vacuum cleaner clearly hadn't been under the bed for a long time, and without one we couldn't get the bathroom clean. We had to find Swiffer cloths and try to clean what we could. Breakfast was stale toast and packaged snacks. We got no support from the owner, and our complaints went unanswered. An experience I'd rather forget.

The noise was the worst part. People were shouting until 1:00 AM, and the TV stayed loud until 1:30 AM. I wouldn't stay there again, and anything over 30 euros feels like too much. I found long hairs in the shower and a whole tuft in the toilet, even though my own hair is very short. The bed was dirty too, so the cleaning clearly hadn't been done properly. Breakfast was almost nothing: coffee you can make yourself and unpleasant pastries wrapped in plastic. The cafe next door has good coffee and fresh pastries for very little money. When I called, the landlady wasn't very friendly and demanded payment by bank transfer plus a receipt. Since the transfer hadn't arrived the next day, over the weekend, she immediately asked me to explain.

The apartment was lovely, with a shared living space, and the room was clean and just right. The owner was very kind and attentive. It's in a strategic location.

The place has been fully renovated in a modern style, and it was very clean with warm hospitality. The owner answered all my many questions on WhatsApp, which was especially helpful since it was our first time in Naples. Highly recommended!!!
