The free private parking across from Villa Batista was a real plus, especially if you're renting a car to explore the region. Our stay was amazing, from the location and staff to the room and breakfast. We got there around 11 am while our room was still occupied. We asked if there was somewhere to change, and they immediately said they'd clean our room as soon as the previous guest left. Ten minutes later, we were checked in. The room was spacious and had a view of Napoli. Breakfast was tasty, and the terrace had lovely views of Napoli and mount Vesivius. All three ladies were gentle, helpful and did everything with a smile. They showed us real Ospitalita Italiana. We'll definitely come back. Graziie per Tutto

I don't recommend this place. They charged me one amount for parking and then asked for more. Try another B&B.

The rooms are large and inexpensive, and there's free parking across the street. The place was clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast was small, but had what you need. A perfect stopover for Pompeii and Vesuvius.

A car will come in handy for visiting the area. We had a great stay, with friendly, helpful staff, a good breakfast, well equipped rooms and comfortable beds.

Clean, cozy and fairly priced, with a lovely view between Napoli Bay and Vesuvio volcano. The staff were friendly too. The hotel boss also owns a restaurant right across the street called Viva Lo Re, and it's very stylish. I'd stay here again if I came back, and definitely recommend it!
