Anna and Rosa made us feel so welcome, and the dinner was one of the best we had in Sicily. Rosa cooked a delicious four-course meal every night. We spent five days at Don Carlo, surrounded by hills and olive groves. The place is full of charm, with lovely decor and a great atmosphere. A real hidden gem, and definitely somewhere I’d recommend. Thanks for making our stay memorable, 10/10!

We spent a week here, from July 1 to 8, 2024, and really enjoyed it. Half board is well worth considering: dinner was delicious, authentic Sicilian food, with antipasti, a first and second course, and dessert. The Fazio wines were a lovely extra, and breakfast was fantastic too, especially the homemade cake and yogurt. Anna and the cook Rossa were gentle and very attentive. The place sits among olive trees, with a spacious pool. Rooms are nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable, and the high ceilings helped keep them cool in summer.

Really charming atmosphere and lovely decor at this hidden gem. The rooms were clean, the beds comfy, and the style was nice. We especially loved dinner, one of our best meals in Sicily, and it was really good value. 10/10!

Our motorcycles had safe parking, and Anna and Rosa were wonderful hosts. Anna made breakfast and fresh cakes, while Rosa cooked very good traditional food. They also managed the extra challenge of catering completely for lactose and gluten intolerance. Leonardo, the owner, brought fresh honey for breakfast, and it was super delicious. A wonderful experience, thanks!

We had a memorable five days at Don Carlo, surrounded by hills and olive groves. Anna and Rosa were lovely and friendly. Anna always made a delicious tart for breakfast, and Rosa cooked a very good three-course dinner. Definitely recommend it. Thanks for a lovely stay, and I hope we get to see you again someday.
