The food is very good, but it's also really expensive. It felt like the owners steer foreign guests toward the priciest dishes, which made the place seem like a tourist trap. I'd look for a small restaurant with equally good food and more of that welcoming Italian conviviality.

The service was warm and friendly, and everything we tried was delicious: calamari, busiate alla Trapanese, panelle and pasta vongole. We came for lunch yesterday looking for traditional Sicilian and western Sicilian food, and had a lovely meal. A nice place to eat while visiting Erice.

This ended up being the highlight of our trip. We were a group of seven, and three pizzas were enough to leave everyone full. All of them were excellent, and the antipasto was big enough for all seven of us. The food came in about ten minutes despite the crowd, and the owner and staff were so sweet. There was even a cat wandering around. We’d been hunting for pizza around town: one other pizzeria was marked open on Google Maps but was closed, and another didn’t make pizza at all. So glad we found this place. Wish I could give it more than five stars.
