The terrace view and the interesting books for guests were the only reasons I didn't give this place two stars. The house is cute and basic, and very close to Erice's center, with a warm welcome. The kitchen especially needs work: there's no oven or microwave, and most utensils should be replaced. The bathroom facilities are inconvenient, there was no hot water, the Wi-Fi and TV couldn't be used, and one bed was uncomfortable.

The owners were genuinely kind and ready to help with anything. The apartment is right in the heart of Erice, and the shared terrace is a lovely spot to watch the sunset. Fantastic stay!

Clean and comfortable, with a fair price. The apartment is handy for staying in central Erice, and it's worth considering if you're visiting. The drive from Trapani takes around 20 minutes.

Good spot, but the house is damp and cold. There's just one heating system for three rooms, and the electricity meter can't handle the heating needed.

Franck was very accommodating, and the apartment was comfortable and in a great location for the price. We were able to park our motorcycle in the alley on October 31st.
