Orlando Vacanze

The room worked perfectly for our family, and breakfast was outstanding. The accommodation is incredibly charming, in a quiet spot with a lovely backdrop near Erice or Trapani, and there’s parking. The air conditioning was very pleasant and simple to control. The landlord is relaxed and clearly enjoys welcoming guests, with recommendations and tips whenever you ask.

The owner is undeniably very kind and helpful, the location is good, and the terrace is comfortable. But I’m sorry, the many positive reviews don’t match our experience after a lovely Sicily holiday. Breakfast was below par: just sweets and three fixed items put on your plate, a yogurt, a slice of tart, and a croissant. They were all discount-store products, and in our case the butter and toast were expired. The bathroom smelled truly awful, the front door handle kept coming loose, and our towels had holes. Being helpful and kind doesn’t amount to being professional, and I see a lot of kindness here but not professionalism.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, and when something broke, he was available and quickly did everything he could to fix it. The location is excellent. We stayed one night and I highly recommend it.

The host was extremely courteous and helpful during our short, pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and tidy, and the price was very fair. The property has six different types of rooms, just outside Trapani, about 12 minutes away, in a quiet area that’s easy to get to. Highly recommended!
