The staff were gentle and nice, and the rooms were clean with everything we needed. Breakfast was served on the roof. The hotel is in the centre of Este, just a few steps from the city centre and the National Museum. I really enjoyed staying here. For groups of up to 30 people, it also works for short stays of 1-2 nights if you book early.

The rooms were ok, but breakfast was very bad: packed croissants, nothing healthy or savory, and the coffee machine was in very bad condition.

Everything was perfect, especially the location and the view from the window.

6/10
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in an excellent location. Still, I had trouble with the temperature: it was below 20 degrees Celsius in my room, dropping as low as 16 degrees Celsius. The rooms are small and the furniture needs updating. There's no breakfast area, though the location makes that manageable. The energy-saving policy feels too obvious, and the entrance is poorly lit outside reception hours.
