The owner was kind and helpful, making fresh coffee or tea each morning with a light, sweet breakfast. It may feel small if you’re used to a big meal. The rooms are basic but have the essentials, though the beds could be more comfortable. There’s a shared kitchen, and the location works well if you’re driving to the Frasassi climbing areas. A lovely stay on the edge of Fabriano.

There’s parking and you can do laundry here. The owners are very kind, and the place is really clean. Totally recommend!

Plenty of parking, and the location is great, close to all the necessities. It worked well for business or pleasure. The place was clean and neat, with excellent kitchen facilities during CoVid, and the host was great.

The location is great, close to food shopping and all the other things you need, as well as the world-famous Fabriano Cartiere Paper maker. The hosts were very accommodating, the place was super clean, and there was ample parking. A nice place for work or a holiday.
