The location is absolutely breathtaking, and Rene and Riemke were amazing hosts. It’s 15 mins from the Frassassi’s caves. Highly recommended.

Rene and Riemke helped us experience Italian nature, culture, and community firsthand. Staying here was a real pleasure. It’s a peaceful, relaxed slice of Italian dolce vita with Dutch punctuality, a welcome bit of calm in a world that never stops rushing. We’ll recommend this place to friends and, if the winds align, hopefully come back ourselves!

The hosts at Villa Fonte Fresca were very friendly and made our holiday unforgettable. The breakfasts were unforgettable too. The villa is magnificent, tucked into the mountains and well placed for hiking, with trails for children and adults alike. The rooms were spotlessly clean and cosy, and I especially liked the design of both the rooms and the villa. My holiday was a resounding success. Thank you so much!

The house was fantastic, and the hosts made us feel so welcome. I came with a painting group and loved having beautiful hikes all around. It was a relaxed, inspiring stay, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. I'd happily come back.
