The owners could be nice one moment and incredibly rude the next. For me, this was one of the worst hotel stays I've had. The bathroom smelled like urine, and there was a lot of mold, as my photos show. The walls were so thin I could hear neighbors above, below, across the hall, and everywhere around me. Slamming doors and loud conversations right outside my room woke me every morning, so I didn't need an alarm. The website says someone will be there to check you in even at 8:00 p.m., but don't count on that. There's also nothing around, so don't expect to walk to anything. Italy has plenty of places deserving of your business, but this isn't one of them.

The place was clean, nice and quiet, and I look forward to staying again. The breakfast room was cold, and they served juice in plastic cups with only teaspoons for eating. Still, I understand Italian breakfasts can be different sometimes.

Yeah, it was okay.

10/10
The staff were very kind and professional, and I had a large, very clean room with all the usual comforts. I'd happily give this hotel the highest rating, thank you, 10+++. I rarely leave reviews or even read them, but when I arrived yesterday I happened to see some negative ones. I still think I'm right not to read them. To me, they seem written more from malice and ignorance.
