Locanda Camera con Vista

I only stayed two nights, but I really liked it. A very nice stay.

I stayed for two nights, from May 1st to May 3rd. The property itself isn't bad, and it's set in the Romagna countryside, in a peaceful spot away from traffic and noise. It's about 400 meters by car from the provincial road. It does feel isolated. The parking is 50 meters from the building in a completely dark area. After leaving the car, you have to take a dirt road in pitch darkness to get there. There's nobody on site to help if a need or problem comes up. Gabriele, the manager, was kind and helpful at first, but later seemed less than transparent and was rude, calling me a vulgar, offensive name. At 11:30 PM I couldn't get in because a key had been left in the lock on the inside of the front door. I called him about the problem, but he didn't answer. There was no POS terminal. He wanted payment in advance, in cash, but when I asked for a receipt, he let me pay by instant bank transfer instead. It's a shame, because people in Romagna are friendly and welcoming, and the manager didn't show that. I definitely won't return.

The pool was one of the most relaxing parts of our vacation. It's a peaceful spot with a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills, and the pool and grounds are kept beautifully. We found our room spacious, clean, and well equipped, and breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of fresh, tasty options to start the day. From the moment we arrived, Gabriele greeted us warmly and was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Our time at Locanda Camera con Vista was wonderful in every way. We felt at home and will remember it fondly. We can't wait to come back!

The pool was fantastic, and our room was just right and clean. The owner was kind and attentive, and the woman who welcomed us made us feel at home. We had a completely relaxing weekend at this beautiful place. If you need a break from the daily grind and want some peace and quiet, I'd recommend it. We'll definitely be back.
