Domus Plinii 1792 Suites

The price felt fair for the quality of the suite and the care we received, especially compared with more expensive places around the lake. My friend left a jacket behind after checkout, and housekeeping found it. The hotel contacted us quickly and arranged to ship it back, so we got it before our trip was over. That really stuck with me. Our room at Domus Plinii - Lake Como was stylish, spotless, and peaceful, with a gorgeous view from both the window and private balcony. The staff were warm and always ready to help, which made us feel welcome from the start. I’d happily recommend it for a relaxing Lake Como stay.

The rooms are unusually spacious, clean, and decorated in a distinctive retro style. There’s a pool, a little private beach, and private parking, plus a lovely outdoor restaurant where the dishes were very tasty and well prepared. Right by the lake, too. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this charming boutique hotel.

The hotel’s stylish, comfortable apartments and beautiful spot right on Lake Como made our May 1st weekend with a family of five a fantastic stay. Everyone on staff was welcoming and the service was excellent. We’re already looking forward to coming back sometime. Highly recommended.

The grounds and gardens were lovely and full of birdsong, which gave the place a really peaceful feel. Breakfast was included and had lots of fresh choices, just divine. We stayed in the junior suite, with plenty of room, lovely furnishings, a comfortable plush bed, lake views, and lots of natural light. The staff were so hospitable and went out of their way to make our weekend memorable. We only wish we’d stayed longer, and can’t wait to return. Thanks again for having us!
