The drive up takes about 20 minutes on a steep road with plenty of hairpin turns, but once you're in the lovely village, the mountain and town views from the viewpoints make it worth it. We had a bright room with two windows and a balcony, two large beds, a sofa bed, and lots of wardrobe space. The shower worked well, there was always hot water, and a hairdryer in the bathroom. We needed a plug adapter and got one straight away. The staff and owner were warm and always smiling. Breakfast and dinner were very good, and the bar was well stocked. The coffee was especially nice. We'd happily recommend it.

The hotel sits in a small village with lovely views, and it's clean and traditional. Fausto looked after our group so well and did everything he could to help. From the welcome through the service, it was all just right. We'll definitely come back.

We spent four nights here. The staff were accommodating and very helpful, and the place felt modern and clean. The food was great. Don't miss the homemade ice cream across the street, and try the water from the fountain right outside.

I've been coming to Hotel Paganella for the last 10 years, and it's a great base for touring the Dolomites. It's an Austrian-style chalet, and most rooms have balconies. The rooms are spacious and clean. Fausto and his team really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food is very good, and the bar is excellent.
