Faicchio is a lovely place to rest and experience local, traditional life among friendly people. Our B&B was in a great spot, and the traditional building was gorgeous. Alfonsina, the owner, pays attention to the details and really wants you to have a good stay. Everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Breakfast was simple and lovely, served in an authentic Italian kitchen.

The interior has a lovely atmosphere, and the place feels beautifully authentic. We had a friendly welcome, check-in was very smooth, and we got all the help and information we needed. Breakfast was excellent. Staying at B&B Del Ducca was just perfect.

After we'd walked 20 km, Mrs. Alfonsina kindly drove us to the best osteria in the area, the one she had recommended. As a pilgrim, I can say this place is top-notch, from the welcome to the furnishings and location. Five stars.

There’s a small balcony in the room I stayed in, and the price at the end of September was €30. I had a typical Italian breakfast, too. The B&B is in a 19th-century palazzo beside the Castello Ducale, right in the center but quiet. Sleeping within those old walls felt like a welcome change from the many B&Bs that are, quite rightly, furnished in a modern style. Matteo on the Sentiero Italia.
