The dishwasher is a real plus. Still, I’d probably choose an apartment above the ground floor, since the ground-floor ones can have serious moisture problems in winter, even with proper ventilation. The owners know about it and are trying to address it with dehumidifiers and detailed ventilation instructions, but that may not be enough.

The views from the accommodation are wonderful, and the ski lift is just two minutes away. There are four beds, one double and one sofa bed. The mattress could be better, but for the price, the overall value is about 4.5. The toilet area is a bit tight, so anyone over 175 cm may have to sit sideways, though it wasn't a major issue. I saw the humidity mentioned in another review in the ground-floor hallway; our second-floor room had no problem at all.

The location is hard to beat, right beside the gondola, and the kitchen has everything you need. We did have some issues: the bathroom floor tiles stayed wet from dampness, the bedroom mattresses kept coming apart, and the Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable.

The owners were friendly and helpful. The house is in a quiet spot with lovely views, and the apartments have a chalet feel, with exposed beams and lots of light and space.
