The outside area was quiet and well kept, and my car had a shaded parking spot all day. Inside, everything was always very clean. I spent four weeks there between July and August 2024, staying in the open-plan apartment. The kitchen was practically new and well equipped, and the space was looked after nicely. I had to stay in for health reasons, so I was glad to have the large TV. The owners were warm and kind. We talked and shared bits about our lives, and I felt like part of the family. When I’m back in Fano, I’ll be happy to stay again.

The mattress was incredibly comfortable. After months of broken sleep, we finally felt rested. The apartment is fresh, spotless, and well equipped, with two double bedrooms, a large living room, and a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. It’s a lovely family-run agriturismo just a few minutes by car from Fano, with new furnishings and fixtures. The bathroom is spacious, with a big shower, good water pressure, and a choice of hand shower or overhead showerhead. The bathroom and anteroom sinks made getting ready easy. There’s Wi-Fi and quiet air conditioning too. Francesco and Rina were so kind and helpful, with lots of thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. Breakfast outdoors was excellent, with fresh bread, cured meats and cheeses, and huge croissants straight from the oven. In the post-Covid era, everything met and even exceeded our expectations. We wanted to stay longer than planned. Highly recommended.

Rina, Francesco, and Giulio welcomed us like family, and everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. My boyfriend had stayed here the year before, which is how I found this wonderful place. We had a beautifully finished open-plan space that was fully equipped and tastefully furnished. The farmhouse is surrounded by nature, quiet and enchanting, with crickets keeping us pleasant company. Mornings bring a generous breakfast with delicious dishes and homemade cured meats. We’ll definitely return whenever we can. For now, we highly recommend it!

They greeted us with a smile and an aperitif, and made us feel very welcome. The open-plan space was clean and inviting, with personal touches in the furnishings and details. It’s about a 10-minute drive from the sea, a good spot for a relaxing stay.
