Hotel Edelweiss

The food was excellent and tasty, and the staff were super friendly. I can’t understand how this hotel has only one star.

The food was fantastic, with generous portions, and I even complimented the chefs. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything you need. The hotel is just steps from the sea, with parking nearby. It was my first stay, and the welcome from Mr. Roberto, his parents, and his brother in the dining room made the place feel like family. Everyone was kind and helpful. I hope to come back next year for a few more days. Highly recommended.

At the Edelweiss, they pamper you so much you won’t want to leave. I stayed there in August this year after a dear friend and his wife recommended it, and had a great time. It’s family-run, which I see as a real plus: Roberto handles reception and gets your room keys to you quickly, while his brother Giuseppe looks after the dining room. There’s plenty of choice at breakfast, from sweet to savory, and no limit on how much you can have. Lunch and dinner were delicious, fresh, and served in generous portions. If that still isn’t enough, ask Giuseppe and he’ll do his best to bring you more. After a hearty meal, don’t miss Mr. Quinto’s Moretta Fanese. Nobody in the world makes it better than he does. Many thanks to the Sambuchi family and all their staff for the excellent service.

It’s my fifth year staying here, and I keep coming back because they manage to surprise me more every time. I got home from vacation today incredibly satisfied with the service, staff, food, and the whole hotel. The food is excellent, and breakfast is delicious, especially those Nutella sandwiches. Everyone at the Hotel Edelweiss is kind, polite, and helpful. Thanks to the owners, Giuseppe, Roberto, Quinto, and his wife, for such luxurious hospitality. I recommend it, and give it five stars. If there were a six-star rating, I’d give it without hesitation.
