The evening meal was the real highlight, it was an experience in itself and absolutely outstanding. We also had a lovely stay in pleasant surroundings, with a very polite, well-mannered host. The room and bathroom felt new and were spotless, and the pool was nice too. Highly recommend.

That morning swim in the gorgeous pool, followed by homemade breakfast outside overlooking the magnificent Sabine Hills, was such a lovely start to the day. Gian Paolo and his family welcomed us so warmly when we arrived, and we felt at home right away. His signature "Gourmet Dinner" was one of the most intimate fine dining experiences my wife and I have had. He was also extremely accommodating when we asked about a wine tasting and olive oil trail, arranging both at short notice. A special shout out to Rokhat, who came along and served as our English guide. I'd go out of my way to stay here again. We will be back!

We felt relaxed and at home, which was exactly what we needed. The host was so warm and welcoming, and the location is absolutely stunning. If you're after a quiet countryside retreat, I'd recommend this place 100%.

The owner was kind, helpful, and professional, and the house itself was beautiful and comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. There's a lovely garden too, with two lively, playful cats. It’s well placed for visiting the beautiful towns of Fara Sabina, Farfa, and plenty of others. A really positive experience, highly recommend it ⭐️
