The personal service was the best part. Giusy was so kind, learned our names, and really cared about us. Every day she brought fresh pastries, focaccia, and ham and cheese. We could choose our coffee and even have orange juice. What a breakfast! The facilities were clean and good quality, and the room had everything we needed. We could work on the white terrace upstairs by the jacuzzi. The location was great, just 10-15 minutes by car from Ostuni. One of the best B&B experiences I’ve had, maybe the best. I’ll recommend it to every friend visiting Puglia.

The staff really made this stay. They helped with taxis and a hairdresser, and even ironed my shirts. I was there for four nights for a wedding at masseria maltanbano. The room was small and quiet, but very clean, and the rooftop hot tub was amazing. You won't find better service.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the room with the AC unit tucked into a closet stayed hot and stuffy. The air conditioning barely worked, and there was a sewage smell too. When we brought this up, the owner rudely told us to leave instead of trying to sort it out. I've never had that happen at a hotel, through a booking, or with an Airbnb host. The room was tiny and nothing like the photos, and the price was way too high for what we got. The “bed and breakfast” description was misleading: there wasn't breakfast on the rooftop or in the room as the pictures suggested. We had to walk to a café for one small croissant and a coffee, which wasn't what we expected. I honestly don't understand all the good reviews. It wasn't a pleasant stay, and I wouldn't recommend it. Definitely not worth the price.
