Marida looked after me during my stay and was so warm and attentive, always doing more to make sure things were just right. The whole staff helped make the experience unforgettable. Casale Degli Ulivi in Coccaro is a hidden gem I won’t forget, and I’ll absolutely return next time I’m in town. GianLuigi and his wife, both in their 30s, come from generations of tomato farmers. You can feel how much they care about the region and its traditions in every detail of this dreamy, family-run place. It has the quality of the region’s big-name destinations, with a more authentic, boutique feel.

Everyone working there made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The place is a real gem, run with passion, stylishly furnished with attention to detail, and super clean. I’ll definitely be back!

The cooking demonstration outside by the pool made for an amazing morning. It’s such a beautiful, welcoming place, with lovely furnishings, an eating enclosure, and a stunning home. A MUST SEE, MUST STAY, MUST VISIT kind of place.

The atmosphere was peaceful and the view was perfect. Everything was very clean and smelled good, the staff and food were nice, and the girl at reception was very kind. Best place to stay for a vacation in Puglia.

We loved every minute at Casale degli Ulivi Coccaro. It’s peaceful and clean, surrounded by olive trees, and the room was comfortable and beautifully styled. The hosts were so kind and welcoming. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy the countryside.
