Self check-in made arrival simple and efficient, and the staff were friendly and ready to answer questions. The apartment was clean, welcoming, and right in central Fasano, close to amenities and the zoo. It would be especially convenient for families, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

I was annoyed by how little the place seemed to have been cleaned. There was a stray sock on the couch, hair and dust on the floor, and odd stains on both the sheets and towels. I don’t think the sheets had been washed. A first-time visitor could find this disgusting and might even get sick, which could leave them with a bad impression of Italy. The hotel itself is nice, but it also needs more blankets, at least one spare. It gets colder at times, and not everyone can share a blanket. That made the stay uncomfortable.

The main problem was being charged for a house meant for four when it really only works for three. Calling the sofa a bed feels misleading, because it’s full of metal bars and nothing like a proper bed.
