Domus Relax

Domus Relax is a lovely place to get your well-being back. We'll make it our regular destination in this beautiful, unspoiled area. The rooms were always clean and tidy, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were helpful and polite. Thanks to Alberto for being so helpful, Giacomo.

We had three wonderful days here. The pool was spectacular, and the surroundings were peaceful. Our room was a little small, but comfortable and had everything we needed, including air conditioning. Breakfast offered a wide range of excellent products, and the hostess was friendly and cheerful. The owner was extremely kind and helpful too.

I think asking for the whole stay to be paid in advance is excessive. It's reasonable to want security, but guests paying upfront deserve the same reassurance when they don't yet know what room or services they'll get. I'd suggest following the usual approach: take 50% to hold the room, then the rest on arrival. You've lost a guest who booked just a few steps away and hadn't even asked for a deposit.

The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the furniture was new. But there was only parking for two cars, and just one small shared fridge in the next room. The bathroom smelled bad, had no shower curtain, and one stained towel was attached; the sink drain was clogged too. The outdoor breakfast area felt neglected, and breakfast was poor, just pastries, with no yogurt, cereal, or seasonal fruit. The pool itself is large, but the space around it is narrow, with fake grass carpeting and no shower. Given all that, the upfront price was high, and we won't return.
