The rooms are beautiful inside, cozy, and relaxing, and the woman who welcomed us was kind and helpful. Just know that it’s a serviced-room setup rather than a traditional hotel, so there’s no reception open all day and night. You need to share your arrival time so someone can meet you to check in. That may not work for everyone, but it suited us perfectly for two nights.
A nice area, with plenty of places within walking distance. The staff were very hospitable, and the place has a quaint feel.

Giorgia welcomed me with outstanding professionalism and expertise. I stayed at the Palazzo for one night, and the room was fantastic, with rare quality and real attention to detail. I’d recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Places like this do Italy and Puglia proud. We’ll definitely see you again soon!
