Could use a little TLC, but the staff and location are great.

The restaurant serves traditional dishes that are prepared really well, and breakfast is on the sweet side, with cakes, jams, and juices. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Mrs. Luana made the place feel like home with her warm, friendly manner. Thank you.

We were very happy to find that our dog, Luna, was welcome here. We stayed four nights over Easter in a large, clean room with a clean bathroom. There’s plenty of parking and Wi-Fi for guests, too. Luana and her staff were friendly, and breakfast had plenty of variety for different tastes. The three cakes baked each day were all delicious, especially the walnut and apple one. We’d gladly come back.

A clean, comfortable room and a warm, professional welcome made for a great stay. The owner was very kind and helpful, and the hotel offered good value. There’s a farm nearby where you can buy Tuscan specialties. It’s just a few kilometers from Livorno, with Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Volterra, and Florence all worth visiting from here. I recommend it for anyone staying in Tuscany.
