Relais Garden Cactus B&B

The cactus garden is the standout here, with lovely views and quiet little seating spots where you can relax in private. The property is gated, has plenty of parking, and is only about a 10-minute drive from the Valley of the Temples. We spent three nights here in April. The kids loved the pool, though the water was still chilly then. Our room was clean and decent, but basic and cramped for two adults and two children. Our youngest slept on a flimsy folding bed squeezed between the others, leaving hardly any room for bags or moving around. The building also doesn’t block much sound, and we woke when other guests got going in the morning. It’s a unique, beautiful place, especially if you love gardens, though the setup could work better for families.

We only stayed two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The property is beautiful, with a really cool cactus garden, and it’s close to the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento. There’s free, secure parking, plus a small fridge and kettle in the room for making tea or coffee. The pool is lovely, and pets are welcome. There are lots of cats around. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good, though the choices were limited.

Adriana gave us a lovely welcome and made check-in easy. The food at both dinner and breakfast was amazing, and the pool was a real plus. It’s a beautiful, distinctive B&B close to the Valley of the Temples, with thoughtful details throughout that suit its tasteful style. It’s one of those places I’d look forward to coming back to.

We chose the set dinner served on site, and it was lovely, with very generous portions. The pool was great too, and getting to the Valley of the Temples by car was convenient.
