We had a great, relaxing week, and everything went well. The house is about 10 minutes from the center, so it’s convenient for everything. You can watch the sunset from the rooftop terrace, a picturesque spot surrounded by typical Sicilian vegetation. The hostess helped us with everything, and the kitchen had all the main appliances. She also provided hairdryers for both bathrooms. Bath towels were provided, though an extra set of large, medium, and small towels might have been better.

The large garden is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, just right for enjoying the island’s calm. Inside, the house is beautiful, carefully decorated, and meticulously maintained, with everything you need and books that make it feel welcoming and relaxing. The mattress was incredibly comfortable too. Mrs. Alessandra was delightful, kind, and always available, and made us feel at home. We stayed at Tra Vento e Mare in Favignana, and everything was perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend it and hope to return soon!

The villas in the Faraglioni area are real gems, with complete quiet, breathtaking views of the sea and Marettimo, and unique sunsets. They’re simple but elegant, colorful, and equipped with everything you need. Alessandra welcomed us into a spotless, cool house that felt like our own, with a sincere smile and friendly manner. She gave us all the information we needed to explore Favignana through its sea, food, and culture. If she has a little time, she’s also happy to take guests on a phenomenal boat tour around the island, as she did with us. She was more than a hostess, she was a friend and companion on our holiday. A 10 out of 10 doesn’t do justice to our praise. A holiday in Favignana is fabulous, and staying at Alessandra’s house is hospitality at its best. Bye Alessandra, see you next year.

We spent 4 very comfortable days in the countryside, in a residence with incredibly refined taste. The house is stunning, and the owner was very courteous and helpful. It’s an excellent base for visiting the whole island.

The house made our wonderful Favignana vacation even better. It was quiet, spotless, and so welcoming, with tasteful furnishings and every comfort. Alessandra and her son Maurizio were especially helpful and kind. They’re truly wonderful people, and we’ll definitely return.
