I was mostly looking for a peaceful night and a comfortable bed, and both were just right. I don't speak Italian, so it also helped a lot that Daniela speaks English. This place feels like a little gem tucked away in a small town I've loved for years. My friends, who know Italian villas and properties, even started telling each other to go see it. I highly recommend it.
We could walk to the Duomo, cinema, historic center, and even the ice rink, and having private parking right by the entrance was really handy. Daniela and Tiziano made us feel welcome and were thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay in their historic villa, which Daniela has equipped with all the comforts you might need. It was a joy to have Kelly, the family's forever little one, with us. Our German Shepherd roamed around the lovely, spacious private garden and bonded with their friendly dog, Ettore.
We were greeted so warmly, then got to sleep in the master bedroom like real gentlemen from old Feltre! Thanks for a lovely stay. We'll be back next year, August 4th, 5th, and 6th, for the next Feltre Palio. Feltre is beautiful!
The rooms are roomy and comfortable, and the woman looking after things was kind and attentive. There's nothing especially remarkable about the place, though its age gives it a certain charm.
I spent nine days here and really enjoyed it. The welcome felt like being with family, and they were kind and willing to help with whatever I needed.
