The owner sent detailed directions and photos before we arrived, which made finding the apartment easy. He was kind, and when I accidentally left something behind after checkout, he kept it for me and helped when I came back to collect it. My family and I had a spacious, clean apartment close to Fenice Castle, with full use of the kitchen. A small supermarket and bar nearby made it easy to pick up food and little necessities, and there was parking. The view of Fenice from the window was beautiful, especially in the morning. There was no Wi-Fi as of May 2025.

Check-in and check-out were both handled smoothly, and the owners were very kind. We used a gift box for one night, then added another, and the experience was absolutely positive. The rooms were clean and the location central. We'd do it again. Hugs from Massimo and Angelina.

Parking right in front of the house is a real plus. The hosts are friendly and helpful, and the apartment, though small, is well cared for.
