The staff were so friendly, and the outdoor garden was cared for down to the smallest details. The rooms and the rest of the place were spotless.

The garden's a lovely place to relax, with loungers on the lawn and a small outdoor hot tub you can use by reservation. The building is beautiful and thoughtfully finished, and the rooms are roomy and comfortable. Its spot up in the greenery feels tucked away, but the sea, several campsites, and beaches are only five minutes away. The manager was very helpful. Breakfast was the one thing that could be expanded. It was all sweet, though perhaps the full selection wasn't available because it was low season.

We had a wonderful experience here. The owner was so kind, helpful, and nice, and the place has a warm family feel with all the comforts. I'd recommend it to everyone, and thanks again for such a lovely stay.

We came away feeling completely rested. This place is tucked into the Fermo countryside, with so much peace and quiet. Marco, the owner, even has advice on what to wear, along with his special prosecco! The rooms are better than my own, with a beautiful bathroom, and everything was super clean. Thank you so much.

The welcome was great, and the staff were attentive. It's very clean and peaceful, and the spa makes it a good fit for families or couples. I'd highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. Thanks again.
